Reflections on the 2023 NCSEA Leadership Symposium

The annual NCSEA Leadership Symposium provides a space for the child support community to share and celebrate the application of best practices, partnerships, and innovative thinking within the day-to-day management and operations of the child support program.

On behalf of our team at Chefalo Consulting, I want to say that we had an incredible experience at the recent NCSEA Leadership Conference, where I had the privilege of participating and contributing to a gathering of like-minded child support professionals.

The event was an invaluable opportunity for us to connect, collaborate, and gain fresh insights into the world of child support services. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the National Child Support Enforcement Association for hosting such a remarkable event and to Maximus for allowing me to share the stage with them.

The NCSEA Conference served as a platform that allowed us to delve into the latest trends, challenges, and innovative solutions within the child support industry. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute our knowledge and expertise and learn from the diverse perspectives of fellow attendees.

We also want to express our gratitude to our friends at Ventura County, Alameda County Department of Child Support Services, and all the other individuals who made this conference a resounding success. Your dedication to advancing the field of child support services is truly inspiring, and we are honored to have shared this experience with you. The collaborative atmosphere fostered at the conference has reaffirmed our commitment to creating positive change within these communities.

In particular, we would like to give a special shoutout to Sharon for her exceptional contributions!
